This project represents an initial research approach to the relationship between body and sound. A droning sound is played at maximum power, generating strong physical vibrations in the speaker that set surrounding elements in motion, while not being perceived at its full sonic intensity. This condition creates a tension between the sound’s physical impact and its perceptual experience. Conceived as a persistent presence, the work explores how sound acts on the body through vibration as much as through audibility.
