Ana María Gómez López is an interdisciplinary artist, researcher and educator. Her work has been exhibited at the deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum, Fonds d'art contemporain Genève, Rijksmuseum Boerhaave, V2_Lab for Unstable Media and Rencontres Internationales Paris/Berlin. Ana María completed an MFA at the Yale University School of Art and was a resident artist at the Rijksakademie van Beeldende Kunsten. She has held recent fellowships at the Osler Library for the History of Medicine, Netherlands Institute for Advanced Study, International Institute for Social History, and Max Planck Institute for History of Science. In 2015, Ana María received the Premio Nacional de Artes (National Award in the Arts) in Colombia. She is currently artist mentor for Beelden in Leiden 2022.
