In crimescenes the police very often does research at the neighbours of the crimescene. They want to know wether the family of the house was misbehaving, or if there were other things the neighbours have noticed, like which kind of people visit the house, are they loud, do the sell drugs, do they walk around with big guns, do they own too expensive cars, etc.
Neighbourshop could provide such information. For example, I think my neighbours don’t like me, and they might want to call the police. I can send around the neighbourshop to find out the opinions of my neighbours in order to know if I, or my illegal business, is in danger!
